He is Post Graduate in Commerce from Mumbai University. He is member of The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India since year 2007. He has also done Forensic Accounting And Fraud Detection ( FAFD) course from ICAI . He has an exposure over 10 years in the areas of strategic planning, business advisory, Direct & Indirect taxation ,internal audit & risk mitigation, Investigation/ forensic audit , project finance, .

CA Darshan S. Sangurdekar
M.Com, FCA

He is Post Graduate in Commerce from Mumbai University. He is member of The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India since year 2007. Post qualification he was associated with MNC and gained expertise in the field of Accounting ( Indian as well IFRS) and MIS. He has more than 10 years of wide range of exposure in accounting, consulting and auditing services. He has also expertise in the field of Banks Audits. He has vast experience in the field of Statutory Audit & Tax Audit of all types of entities. He is also well versed with TDS matters, Indirect Tax returns and Audit.

She is Graduate in Commerce from Mumbai University. She is member of The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India since year 2005. Post qualification she was associated with Haribhakti & Co. and also gained experience in mid size organization. She has Experience in Statutory Audit & Tax Audit & Banks. She has gained expertise in international taxation matters.
